I lived fifteen years in Gothenburg (Sweden), except for three years when I studied fine art in Dundee (Scotland). Originally I come from Karlstad (which also is in Sweden). This is where I reside now, since 2004. I share studio with some friends and create art works to keep insanity away ;) Since the beginning of 2008 I focus on drawing (but plan to explore the theme in painting and sculpture in the future).
In 2006 me and my sister Carina started a puppet theatre, producing our own puppets and plays. www.fridasdockteater.se (the web page is in Swedish).
In 2006 I was invited to join "Konst på isen" (art on ice). It was initiated by the artist Mario Rojas, and it was great fun. The year after it was arranged by me, since Mario had moved from Karlstad. The idea is to arrange this every winter. But it had to be cancelled 2008 due to warm weather.
In 2007 I joined in the arrangement of Konstrundan Karlstad (open artist studio weekend) creating the web page and more. See more at www.konstrundankarlstad.se (web page in Swedish).
I teach from time to time in fine art.
